The Third Integrated Planning Cycle – 2012/13 to 2015/2016

After almost a year of discussions with staff, customers, stakeholders and senior administration, FMD is pleased to present our third integrated plan. We have confirmed our goals of Stewardship, Sustainability, Service Quality, Quality of Work Life and Streamlined Processes, and we have refined our mission and vision as follows:

Mission

We create and maintain a safe and sustainable environment that supports learning, working, and living within the University of Saskatchewan.

Vision

To be an exceptional team that partners with the University of Saskatchewan community by consistently providing proactive and efficient services. To support the university’s strategic directions and areas of focus, a series of sixteen initiatives and sub initiatives have been identified. These lists of initiatives and sub initiatives are not exhaustive and may evolve over the course of the third planning cycle; however, each of these identified initiatives and sub-initiatives will directly impact the success of the university.
