Led by Director, Colleen Macdonald the project governance office is responsible for ensuring that the project governance model (which outlines the interrelationships between all internal and external groups involved in a major project) is complied with throughout all major projects. This area is responsible for ensuring the proper flow of information regarding the project to all stakeholders, ensuring the appropriate review of issues encountered within each project and ensuring that required approvals and direction for each project is obtained at appropriate stages of the each project.
