Charge Out Rates

Repairs, Maintenance and Minor Works Requests, including equipment owned by Departments are identified as fee-for-service or general maintenance operating. Completion of a Work Initiation Requests Form (WIRF) is the starting point for all such service requests. More information can be found at FMD’s Work Control Centre (WCC).

Completed WIRFs are to be forwarded to WCC (by fax to 966-8854 or emailed to workcontrol.centre@usask.ca ). A work request will be issued and forwarded to the appropriate trades area to determine whether the work falls under the General Maintenance Operating Agreement or is a Fee for Service cost to the requesting department.
