Grounds

The Grounds section is responsible for a variety of areas, including:

• Keeping roads and walkways clear of any debris and/or snow and ice
• Ensuring parking lots, campus roads and walkways are maintained
• Erecting and taking down event signage and directional signage for university functions
• The planting and care of all flowerbeds, trees, turf and shrubbery on campus
• Floral arrangements for university functions, in conjunction with Conference and Catering Services
• The care and trimming of all trees on campus

Broken or dangling tree limbs that could be hazardous to pedestrians and/or vehicles should be reported to the Work Control Centre by phone at 966-4496 or email to workcontrol.centre@usask.ca.
