Infrastructure and Information Services

The main function of IIS is providing resource/support for the Facilities Management units but is also called upon to support Campus Clients with their needs.

The primary responsibility of this group is database record keeping, filing and storing archives, document management and retrieval for all of the U of S buildings, campus infrastructure and land records.

The Space Management Database provides information for easy reporting and retrieving of space data, such as area, room use and organizations for Space Management and Space Planning Teams.

For Campus clients and Consultants, a wide range of information is available upon request, such items as maps, floor plans, campus services and archive retrieval.
