Project Management Office

The Project Management Office is responsible for project management on all minor and user funded construction projects.

The Project Managers develop schedules, detailed budgets and monitor the development/design and construction of the project.

They also act as a liaison between the client and those involved in the construction project.

Project Managers work directly with Facilities Management engineers, development managers, planners and other FMD personnel to ensure that U of S standards are met on all construction projects.
